Irradiation of electronic components at Louvain la Neuve

CYCLONE, the cyclotron of Louvain la Neuve produces a wide variety of beam used for electronic device characterization. Several of our beam lines are used routinelly for these kind of tests

Heavy Ion Irradiation Facility (HIF)

Proton Beam Line (LIF)

Monoenergetic Neutron Beam Line

High Intensity Fast Neutron Beam Line

Beam schedule

The different scheduled beam periods may be found on the cyclotron planning page.

Period codes:

CODE BEAM TYPE
HIF
